HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT ARRANGEMENT
|

 |
 |
A Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) is an account authorized
under Section 105(h) which helps employers contain spiraling health
care costs associated with rising premiums by offering a higher
deductible plan. HRAs are different from an FSA where funds must
be used by the end of the plan year. HRAs allow employees to rollover
unused balances at the end of the plan year. By employers opting
for higher deductible plans, they are able to fund the HRA for employees
with the cost savings realized with lower premiums. And when you
outsource your HRA Administration, FSA Administration and COBRA
Administration to EBS/Atlanta, you
gain total, seamless administration.
