The Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA) entitles eligible
employees to take up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave
in a 12-month period for specific family and medical reasons such
as the birth of a child, care of an ill family member, or illness
of the employee.
EBS/Atlanta provides a comprehensive
and cost efficient way to improve premium-billing options within
your organization for employees out on FMLA. We understand the complex
nature of FMLA administration and the need for an established relationship
between premium billing and insurance enrollments. Our staff also
retains the experience and knowledge when an employee on FMLA leave
becomes eligible for COBRA and can make that transition painless
and effortless for both the employee and employer.
The EBS/Atlanta FMLA Service Team
